ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของเรื่องนี้

  Quite a few visitors love the Old World of Europe. They do so partly because it is stil a land enclosed by antiquity. Some notable examples include various fairy-tale castles and churches. In this issue,we will pay this Old World a visit once again. We will head towards Portugul,the westernmost country in the lberian Peninsuld. Our destination is the Batalha Monastery in the District of Leiria which is located in the central part of the country.

The Brief History 
  The official name of this church is Mosteiro Santa Maria da Vitoria,but people commonly call it the Batalha Monastery after the towe name. It was built around 1386 by king John l in appreciation of the Virgin Marry's help in the victory of the portuguese troops over the Crown of Castile in 1385 (today it is part of Spain). The construction began with the convent section and more structures  were added afthewards. It wasn't until a century later when the construction  stopped.
