The Castle and the Book

            It was a nice day in summer.  The wind blew.  The birds were singing.  It was a nice day. In a castle in Atlantic, there was a man named Tonto.  Tonto was a servant in the castle.  His job was cleaning, cooking even reading.  One day, while he was cleaning the basement.  He found a book under a carpet, so he took it to the king.

The king said “You can keep it. It is not very important book”.

The king didn’t know that it was a magic book.  He just looked at it and gave to Tonto because it was very old. Tonto took the book to his room and started to read his book.

“Hmm, Let’s see, Chapter I the Lord has come, It was a nice day in a castle in Wales. There is a story about the lord called Ton…”

Boom! The sound came from the book.  Tonto could not see anything because the room was completely white.  Later he found that he was in an old room.  He started to look around the room and he heard some voice.

“Excuse me sir, it was dinner time now!”

He walked outside the door.  He saw many pictures on the wall when he walked through the hallway and the castle was like a castle in middle age.

“Excuse me, my lord your dinner is right here”

Said the old voice form the short man. Tonto asked who he was.

“Did you forget me? I’m your favorite servant! My name is Jake–O-Makol you can call my Jake” answered Jake

“Jake, Hmm interesting”  “Do you know anybody named Ton?” asked Tonto

 “It could be you sire, your name is Tonto Machol” answer Jake. “Tonto Machol, Hmm Jake I will go to my room”

Then he walked to his room and started read the same book that he saw in the basement but the story was changed.

“Let’s see, Chapter I the story of the lord. There was a lord called Yellan, Yellan? His name is like my king! He ruled 4 countries and now he lived in…”

Boom! The sound came again now he is in his room in Atlantic.

                        Dear Diary

Today I had a strange dream; I went back to a castle in the middle age and I saw a man called Jake. I hope this was just a dream.

In the morning Tonto needed to prepare the food. He was walking through his door. There was a noise came from a book. He opened it and saw an old fashion cooking receipt.

“Rice Porridge with meat, Hmm sound tasty” said Tonto.

“Well, Onion, Rice, Oil, Meat…”

Boom! The noise came again, now he saw that he was in a dinning room and there was some sound came from a door.

“Dinner is ready sire, today we have rice porridge” said Jake.

“Thanks Jake, It would be tasty” said Tonto.

 He started eating the food. Suddenly he split out the food.

“It was awful food” said Tonto.

“Sorry sire, I will make something else” said Jake.

“It’s OK I’m full I will go to read my book” said Tonto.

“Thanks to this I don’t have to cook this to my king.”

He continued to read his book but when he touched the book the sound came back again. Boom! He went back to the kitchen in Atlantic.

“I won’t cook that rice porridge to my king” said Tonto.

“Tonto, I’m hungry give my anything” said the king hungrily.

Tonto served the rice porridge to the king.

“It was… great!” said the king. “Cook this rice porridge to me everyday” said the king. “Well, I won’t taste that food” said quietly Tonto.

“I will go to the market to buy some food” said Tonto.

He rode his horse and went to the market.  Suddenly the book started to shine and he saw everything gone white. Boom! He went back again. He was at a market in the city of Wale.

“I would like to buy 3 apples and 2 kilos of meat” said Jake.

Then Tonto and Jake went back to the castle. Jake started to cook a steak. Tonto started to read his book but when he touched the book the book start to shine he didn’t get back to Atlantic but there is a voice came from the book.

“It seems that you like this book Tonto, everything you know from this book is opposite from your country in Atlantic, example you cook a rice porridge for the king the king like it but you don’t, the reason when you read the book and you gone to Wale and Atlantic is because of me. I want you to know something and I want you to help me. The story in Wale is just the story in the book you are in the book Tonto; the book could be ended at anytime. Do not let the book get burn or destroy else you could not get back to Atlantic and you could not get to Wale. However enjoy the book and have a nice day” said the book.

Boom! He went back to Atlantic again.

Dear Diary

It was very strange that I cooked that pottage and the king like it. Yuck it tastes horrible. What did it mean I can not get back to Atlantic do not let the book get burn. It was not a dream may be the book is a magic book. I have to study it.
