What can we do?
Understand the Problem
The first step you can take to prevent organized crime is to understand the problem and its solutions. Now that you have learned about problem of crime, you can tell others about it. By telling your classmates, parents, and teachers about what you learned, you can help teach them about the problem of organized crime. You CAN make a difference!
Robbing
- Avoid walking in the dark streets or unfamiliar place alone.
- If you robed you should not catch the criminal by yourself.
- Remember how the thief looks like.
- Call police quickly and ask for help.
Counterfeiting
- Buy and use copy right things.
- Avoid downloading any program in internet
Smuggling
- Ask for tax invoice (The important letter that show price of goods or service and tax) before buying expensive things every time.
Sexual Abuse
- We should dress appropriately.
- Avoid walking in the dark streets or unfamiliar place alone, especially at night.
- Don’t accept any gifts from strangers.
- Avoid getting into a lift alone with stranger.
- We must always let our parents know where we are and who we are with.
- Tell your parents if you feel uncomfortable about the way somebody has touched you.
