Select a topic from support resources. Click on one of the topics under the expanded category. Doing so will open the topic's support article page.
If you wrote your question or problem in the search bar, you will click on the topic that appears in the drop-down menu below the search bar.
Follow the instructions in the support article. Carefully read the support article that opens, and then follow the instructions in the article to try to fix the problem.
