 1. Overpopulation

Nowadays, world population is growing up while we are lack of food, water and fuel. This problem occur in less developed and developing countries which already scarce resources.

Causes

- Decline in the Death Rate We have a better medicine and have more ways to heal patient so the number of death is decrease.

- Lack of Family Planning Many people have little or no knowledge about family planning so the number of people is growing up.

- Technology Today, there are effective medicines which can increase birth rate.

Effects

- Less Natural Resources The earth can only produce a limited amount of water and food and if we have too many people, we will lack of natural resources.

- Conflict and War When we have many people but don’t have enough food or any resources, the conflict or war could happen.

- More Unemployment When the country becomes overpopulated, unemployment is rising. And rise in unemployment gives rise to crime.

Solution

- Education It will let people know about serious effects of overpopulation and avoid any unwanted pregnancy. Let them aware of family planning.

2. Global Warming

Climate changes like global warming is the result of human practices like mission of Greenhouse gases, transportation or activity in our everyday life.

Causes

- Burning fossil fuels We makes electricity by using coal and it releases large amounts of carbon dioxide in to the atmosphere.

- Transportation We use gasoline for transportation like car. The more we use cars, the more carbon dioxide was released to the air.

- Deforestation We destroy green area which can remove and store carbon dioxide from atmosphere. So there are more Carbon dioxide released to the air.

Effects

- Rise in sea levels Because of the melting of polar ice due to the rising temperatures.

- Disappearance of coral reefs In a worst case scenario, coral populations will collapse by 2100 due to increased temperatures and ocean acidification.

Solution

- Reduce emission You can walk or use bicycle instead of using a car or if your friends and you are going in the same direction, you can carpool. It can reduce an amount of carbon dioxide that will be released into the air as well.

- Stop Deforestation This is a long-term solution for global warming problem.

3. Climate Change

It occurs due to rise in global warming which occurs due to increase in temperature of atmosphere by burning of fossil fuels and release of harmful gases by industries. it has various harmful effects but not limited to melting of polar ice, change in seasons, occurrence of new diseases, frequent occurrence of floods and change in overall weather scenario.

Causes

- Increased temperature Human activity like transportation or burning garbage will release carbon dioxide to the air and cause increased temperature.

- Factory They release harmful gas in the process of manufacturing to the atmosphere.

Effects

- Temperatures will continue to rise  Because human-induced warming is superimposed on a naturally varying climate, the temperature rise has not been, and will not be, uniform or smooth across the country or over time.

- Disasters According to the Climate Change Conference in 2010, 93% of almost 400 natural disasters that occurred in the year 2009 were climate-related

Solution

- Ecological politics If the government can control people’s activity in their country in a good way which reduce or help about Climate Change problem, this problem would be better.

4. Water Pollution

Clean drinking water is becoming a rare commodity.

Causes

- Industry They release a waste water or chemical things into a river while the producing product.

- Human activities We cook, do laundry, flush the toilet, wash our cars, shower and do many things that use water. And in some countries or places, the sewage is dumped into the sea or water bodies.

Effects

- Conflict and War When we have less resources, Human population will fight for it. One day, if we have only one place that contain a clean water, War may happen.

- Poor Health of Living Things Water pollution is not affect only human. But it is also affect to animals and plants too. And it leads to so many other problems.

Solution

- Use water wisely Do not waste your water. You can reduce the amount of water you use in bathing or washing, doing this way can reduce the amount of dirty water that needs treatment.

- Buy more environmentally safe cleaning liquids for use at home and other public places. They are less dangerous to the environment.

2. Which approach to the environment:

(a) How do you think you adopt in your life?

          -We choose Preservation approach. We can easily save natural in our everyday life by save the water and electricity, recycle things, or just use the both sides of the papers.

(b) Do you think it appreciate for every in the world to share the same attitude you hold?

          -Yes, we think everyone should save the natural. Because natural is the beginning of everything. If the natural is bad, everything also bad. If everyone save the natural, we will have a healthy life. So it is important for everyone to save the natural, at least for your own sake.
