   I felt dizzy flying though the portal, like being sucked into the vortex, flown into the center but never quite landed. It took not a long time that we reached on to a solid floor, all I can see is a white color of the ground, when I fell unconscious because of exhaustion.

   I appeared somewhere else, I looked down at my body, it was transparent, liked I turned into a ghost, but something told me that I was just dreaming.

   I started to look around, I found myself in some sort of throne room, with a red carpet leads to the throne. On the throne was a man in a black robe, I couldn’t see him clearly because of the shadow, but he wore a metal gauntlet, his eyes was bright red. At the side I saw a staff, it was made entirely of iron, with a pictured carving all over, it even amid a devilish aura.

    At the base of the throne I saw another man kneeled before it, he had a bronze hair, with a yellow predator eyes. He wore an animal hide, but the weirdest part is his shoulder and his chest, in the left he wore a dragon head, the right was goat, the middle was a lion.

    “My lord,” said the kneeled man. ”The prophecy siblings have escaped.”

    I have a strange feeling he was talking about me and Ava.

   “With whose helps?” The throne man asked, his voice was harsh, liked a sand paper.

    “With the help of…” said the kneeled man, with a scared tone. “The legendary Gamma Hollow.”

    The throne man seemed to be a little surprised, I couldn’t be sure because I couldn’t actually saw his face.

    “My lord, should we sent more monsters? Surely, even Gamma Hollow can’t withstood the number…”

    “No Chimera” said the throne man. “Let them go, let them enjoy their life, they will be more worth in our great plan, just send the monster so that they not suspicious.”

    “Yes, my lord.” said Chimera. “But what shall we do now?”

    “There were an upcoming magicians who will come to our territory, eliminate them.”

    “Your words is my command, my lord.” Said Chimera and he left the room.

    I wake up, the first thing that I noticed is that it really cold, and it was snowing. I looked around, I found a fire which gave us warmness. Across the fire is Gamma, in a perfectly fine condition, he had taken off his jacket, and blanket it on my sister.

    Gamma noticed me, said “You been sleeping for 2 hours, are you alright?”

    “I’m fine.” I answered. “Where are we?”

    “Siberia, the furthest place on earth from Florida.”

    He slapped the sphinx statue he was leaning against.

    “You should be more specific next time.” His voice didn’t seem angry, liked he loved when thing gone wrong.

    “You two was amazing, you know.” Said Gamma.“Able to open a portal this huge even though you didn’t know a single thing about magic yet. No wonder you guys are the chosen two.”

    “What?”

    “You know, child of the prophecy is often called chosen one. But you both are the children of the prophecy, so that made you a chosen two, I guess? That what we called you anyway.”

    “You don’t need to mind me.” Ava suddenly said. “Just a regular girl in the edge of freezing to death here.”

    I sighed, Ava lived in the warmer place than me, of course she couldn’t withstood the coldness as I could.

    I tried to stand up, but I fell to the ground instantly.

    “What are you doing?” Gamma asked me. “Opening the portal take too much magic, you need to rest.”

    “Can’t we just open the portal by that artifact there and reached our destination?” Ava asked.

   “There 2 things to consider.” Gamma said. “where we want to go is the first fort in Egypt, the place where all magicians gathered and where the head magician stayed. The first fort, any fort really, can only opened to by the artifact in another fort.”

    “Why is that?” Ava asked. “It sounds needlessly complicate.”

   “So rebel magicians can’t pop up in the fort anytime they like. If they wanted to go to some fort, they need to over thrown another fort and open the portal from there, but when that happens, I…, I means the one who do the technical works, will just seals away that fort’s portal. It not a perfect system, but it works for a millennium. Secondly, the artifact need a 24 hours recharging too before it can be uses again.”

   We fell silent for some time. When I decided to ask something that bothering me for a while now.

   "Why don't dad came with us?"

  "You see, your dad actually has a mission after meeting you. A really important mission." Gamma answered

"Typical dad move." I complained. "Always disappear when we need him."

 "Think of it like this, you dad about to go into a dangerous mission that he might not survive, and got a hour or so left, and what did he used those time for? Being with you."

  I stunted for a sec. We fell silent again.

 "You father was amazing, you know." Gamma suddenly said. "He was the greatest summmoner I ever know. We duel from time to time and I always lose, and your mom..."

  "Wait" Ava interrupted. "Mom was magician too."  

  "Of course, both side of your family was all a magician, but your mom was a divinder, a very rare type of magician, appeared once in a century, she annouced an important phrophecy that shape the magician world, we wasted too much time, lets go."
