           This week I knew something that I’ve never know before about this word ‘ compare ‘.

 

            2  words ‘ compare to ‘ and ‘ compare with ‘

       2  words have the same meanings but different using.

 

 

           ‘ compare to ‘ it is metaphor.

       Ex. I compare you to the diamond, be strong, pure and beautiful.

 

 

           ‘ compare with ‘ it compares with 2 things.

           Ex. I compare you with him. You are more handsome than him.

 

 

          Compare to เป็นการเปรียบเทียบกับสิ่งนึง

           เช่น   ผมเปรียบคุณเป็นดั่งเพชร แข็งแกร่ง บริสุทธิ์ และ งดงาม

                    I compare you to the diamond, be strong, pure and beautiful.

 

           Compare with เป็นการเปรียบกับ 2 สิ่ง

            เช่น   ฉันเปรียบเทียบคุณกับเขา คุณหล่อกว่าน่ะ

                     I compare you with him. You are more handsome than him.
