Valentine's day has started since Roman Empire.In 14 February  of years will have been celebrate to honor for The goddess called Juno(Hera) , The empress of Roman's gods and she's also goddess of woman ,  marriage, family, and childbirth. In 15 February is first day of festival celebrate for lupercalia.

There is one king who cruel and makes many bloody war realizes that many people didn't want to joined the war because they didn't want to be apart with their family and their lover ,so he started to banned engage and marry in Rome. That made people in Rome joyless.

But there is a man called Saint Valentine or Saint Valentinus collaborated with Saint Marius Organize the wedding for many Rome people until they have caught and in the end they get excuted ,but before he died he sent the letter to this lover ,Julia and it said "From your Valentine." at the end.

So people celebrate Valentine's day in 14 February , the day his body was kept in the church to commemorate for St. Valentine.

In Japan's custom girls will give our own make chocolate to their lover and men will give them present back in White day.In Thai we just give a little sticker or rose to each other to show their love.
