"And for this question, it looks a little bit complicated. But if you guys catch the keywords, this will become a piece of cake for you. Ok?"

"P'Ti... Can you please take a look at my answer?"

"You substituted a wrong equation, watch at this step carefully."

"Oh Oh, You are right... So sorry..."

I smiled at these students after today's tutorial session. See? These kids were an example of students I should teach. They were always focusing on what I taught. Unlike Noei. These students of mine are always so adorable for me. They made me felt like I am a good teacher and I want to teach them more and more about everything I know. They asked questions when they didn't understand. They listened to me on everything I told them. Perfect teamwork and collaborators.

"Let's take a 10-minute break. Before we move on to the next chapter."

I looked at my watch and gave them a short break to relax after sitting here for about 2 hours. I sat back and sipped up my ice coffee. Some of them went to the bathroom, some of them decided to buy some more sweets, and some of them sat quietly in the same seats. I used my iPad to prepare for the next topic.

About Noei, after that day, I called his mother and returned every single penny to her. I returned all money because Noei never wanted to study with me and I never wanted to teach him. Not a good idea to tight him with me while they should find someone else that was more suitable than me. I strongly believed Noei and I should never meet each other again... Like forever.

    "Som... Look at this..."

    "Again?"

"They said somebody got injured from being stabbed."

"Seriously! OMG! This gangster is way too scary."

    "What's the matter?"

I interrupted their conversation curiously. One of the girls showed me her phone.

"There was a fight between two gangsters next to my school. Some said they were fighting over a girl."

"One of the leaders of these two gangsters come from my school."

    "Gang Leader?"

"Yes. His name is Noei the Tiger's Blood. Quite a bad reputation and a scary guy."

Oh no... Not again with this guy. You should stop this conversation at once.

But hold on... from what I had heard a moment ago, it was quite a dangerous fight. How's Noei? Was he the one who got stabbed or what? If he was, I would feel seriously sorry for his mother. Aunt Tim seems like a very generous lady. Too bad she got a son like Noei.

"Some said Noei loves Pam very much. But Pam doesn't like him back or something."

"Of course, can't you see? No one will ever want to be around a guy like Noei."

    "Poor Pam."

"He's only a 10-grade student. I cannot imagine how dangerous he will become when he grows older."

I kept on listening to the conversation between these two girls about Noei. I tried not to think of this boy, but I couldn't. His behavior was curious to me. What made him turn upside down so differently from his mother. Totally not making sense to me. Something must happen to him in the past or to his family background. Or was it just because of his teenagerhood telling him to do such a bizarre thing like this? Nothing's good coming to him at the end. How could he even graduate from high school? Or did he really want to be the leader of this gangster when he grew up?

But... Wait... Why did I have to keep thinking about him? Totally not my business. Stop... Stop... I told myself to stop thinking about this boy.

I shifted my mind to focus on teaching my students. I waited until everyone came back to their seats and continues my tutorial session. The session was going on and on moving from one topic to another. And while I was writing some equations on my iPad, something caught my attention.

    NO... WAY...

Please not today... Not him again...

I tried not to look at the guy who had just walked into the cafe. My heart was raising up uncontrollably and frighteningly. Never expect to see him here again after our last tutoring session a few days ago. And there at the coffee shop, I had been using for years. Suddenly this guy and his whole gang showed up. Not sure if that tall boy in a pale blue jean jacket would see me. Please don't see me. Please. I wanted to be so invisible.

"Som... Is that Noei the Tiger's blood?"

"Shoot... Don't look at him. Yes, it's him."

    "Don't even glance at him!"

My students were whispering to each other. Of course, they were afraid of Neoi's bad reputations. We were all ignoring him, as a matter of fact, including me. But then I couldn't stop take a peak looking at them. I'm curious about what they were doing there in the cafe. They were looking for a few tables to sit.

No... Please don't walk this way. Go away. Far Far away.

    "Which on you want? Boss"

    "There."

'x! Can I just leave the kids and run away now? No more coming to this cafe. We need to look for another one for the next time. Here is not safe anymore.'

I swear I was sweating like crazy. But I pretended to focus on the exercise on my iPad and ignored those people who came to sit right next to our table. Noei was definitely seeing me. I knew that even I sat extremely still. As same as my students. They must share my feeling at that moment.

"Okay and for this question, the correct answer is the third choice. Because the question mentioned that the set of one, two, and three are the members of the set..."

    "(Yawn)"

    "!?!?"

I paused when I heard a very loud yawning voice from the table next to me. I didn't want to know if that yawn was intentional or unintentional. But it interrupted me.

"So... If we take a careful look at this choice. It's the only option that has set one, two, and three. But the others don't. Also, look at these parentheses."

    "(YAWN)"

    Again?

I grabbed Apple Pen tighteningly and took a deep breath, while my students looked at me and looked at each other because now Noei's gang was looking at us.

"P'Ti... Shall we continue this next time?"

One girl suggested me to stop the session. She looked more like begging than asking actually. And I totally understood and agreed with her. We rather stopped and left.

"Okay. Let's stop here. And do not forget to do the homework I assigned. I'll see everyone next time."

    "Bye P'Ti"

    "Bye krub."

    "See you later, P'Ti"

    (etc)

It was like turning on and off a switch. As soon as I agreed to dismiss the session, everyone ran out of the cafe very fast. And so did I. I packed everything quickly. Unfortunately, when I grabbed the iPad, my Apple pen fell and rolled to stop at a table right next to me, which you know who was sitting there. I gulp nervously looking at that person. I was sort of frozen for a few seconds while that guy in a blue jean jacket picked up my Apple pen and spun it in front of me. He took a look at me.

    "Is this him, boss?"

    "Umm"

    "But he's older than us."

    "Umm"

    "So?..."

"Are you gonna stop talking or are you gonna make me stop you from talking?"

Noei spoke aggressively to one big mouth gang member. It worked. He stopped talking immediately. I bravingly looked at their gang members one by one and stopped at their big boss, who was still spinning my expensive Apple pen.

    "Can I have it back?"

I used my softest tone of voice to ask politely for my pen.

"Let's have a talk for a few minutes."

    "But I'm leaving."

    "Sit!"

He ordered me again... Damn it. I refused to do as Noei ordered, but every one from his gang was staring at me. So finally I had to sit as he requested. Gosh... I wish I could be invisible and walk out of that cafe.

"Now I'm sitting. What do you want? Hurry up, so I can leave."

He stared at me and spun my pen continuously. Noei put his hand into one of his student shirt pockets and that scared me. What was he talking out? Was it a weapon? But then it surprised me. He pulled out one-thousand cash and gave it to me. What was that for?

    "What is this?"

"Money. Don't you recognize it? Cash."

    What an A-hole!!!

"I know cash, but I don't know why you are giving me this?"

"Mom told me to do this."

    "What?"

    "Are you deaf?"

He seemed annoyed by our conversation. So he used an aggressive tone of voice with me, which I don't like at all. Yet, we were not that close to giving him any piece of advice. So I decided to say nothing.

"I decided to stop our session. Please return this money back to your mother."

"But mom told me to do this."

    "I'm not teaching you anymore."

    "What's wrong with you?"

"I said I'm not teaching you anymore. Which part of this sentence you don't understand? And please give me my pen. I want to leave now."

I refused again and reached out to grab my apple pen from his hand but he hid it behind him. That drove me even crazier.

"Boss... Are you gonna let him say that to you?"

"Noei... You cannot let this happen, otherwise, your mom is gonna kick you out of the house."

    "Shut the fock up!!!"

I had no idea what they were talking about and that's probably why I was making a curious face. When Noei turned around and stared back at me, it scared me a little. What was that stare for by the way?

    "Give it to me then."

"You need to teach me first."

    "What?"

"I said you have to teach me first."

    "No... I'm not doing that."

    "Can't you just teach me?"

    He frowned while saying that.

"I told you that I don't want to teach you and you don't want to teach me. Why do we have to keep pushing this when we both do not want to?"

I explained to him again angrily. Even though I was scared of him, but he pushed me too hard. I hardly yelled at anyone, yet he's kind of exceeding the boundary.

"Then... Why are you teaching that little dog?"

"Who are you talking about? Little dog?"

    "What is his name?"

Noei turned his face to ask one of his gang members.

    "O"

    "Yes... That one."

"O is a good kid. He's one of my good students. Everyone would be happy to teach him."

I replied immediately. Clearly, my answer bugged him and made him mad. Also, I got stared at by his gang and some of them looked like they were ready to beat me up. I looked at the shop owner who was hiding behind the counter frightened. I tried to ask for help but he looked too scared to do anything.

"Do you want us to handle him?"

    "No!"

Noei stopped everyone and I took a deep breath yet I was still curious about what he wanted from me next. Noei handsomely pulled up his hair a little and handed me that a thousand banknote to me again. Once again, his handsome face and look gave me some feelings of butterflies in my stomach.

"Are you coming back to teach me?"

    "..."

"If you do, I'll buy you some ice-cream. I'm begging you here."

    I didn't have any choice.

"Why do we have to move this value to the other side, because in the end, we have to move it back anyway?"

"... Just follow the steps. You move it there to do the factoring, then we move it back."

"Where does this value come from?"

"I told you these are steps to follow."

"This foking piece of xt is foking difficult. No... I don't want to study this anymore. Let's do something else."

    "But..."

    "I said it's difficult."

    "..."

"Are you going to change the subject or do you want me to break your legs?"

I wanted to leave and went back home. I couldn't sit there teaching him anything else. Noei forced me to do a training session for him. He moved from his table to sit at the same table with me. So... I was only sitting there with him alone. It was the strangest day because he decided to study with me willingly. Yet his reactions bugged me. He asked me to change the topic when he didn't feel like it. He didn't even want to try. We couldn't even finish any topic at all.

I stared at my watch and it was almost 9 PM, but we were still sitting in the cafe. I couldn't leave until Noei said so. And I wanted to cry so bad. I totally didn't get it. Apparently, he was forced to do this, now he dragged me into this situation, which happened because of Noei's mom.

"I think you should talk to your mom again about this."

"Stop talking about this if you don't want me to beat you up."

"Can't you see we both are so uncomfortably sitting here doing something we both don't want to do?"

"Your job is to teach me. Do your job."

"How can I? Because you are so not ready."

"Why are you making this so difficult?"

"Because I don't want to teach you."

"Why? Teaching someone you like is that difficult?"

I wanted to scream out loud so bad. This idea came back to his mind again. OMG! No I couldn't take his word seriously. I had to let this goes. It would get worst trying to argue with him on this. So I let him think whatever he wanted.

"Am I making your heart beaten so fast and loud, right?"

"You want to study this chapter, right? Okay. We can change the topic again."

"I want to change the chapter. Not the topic."

Come on!!! Noei!!! You are driving me nuts here. I beg you to stop thinking that I like you. Please.

"Is it too difficult to admit you like me?"

    "Noei..."

"You are so difficult to understand. Always pretend like you don't understand my word. What's on your mind?"

    "Noei!"

"Do you know? It's so uncomfortable being liked by someone this much."

OMG! I couldn't handle that anymore. Those words were so irritably making me uncomfortable. Had he ever thought about asking me how I felt? Was I showing some interest in him? I didn't think so. That was the face of an uncomfortable and angry man. Not someone showing admiration to you.

    "Hey... Noei..."

    "What?"

"Seriously, why do you think I like you?"

"You have to ask your heart. Why are you asking me?"

    "I don't like you."

    "You do."

"No... Noei... I think you like me."

    "What!?"

"You are the one who followed me. I wasn't. So I think you like me."

    "(Moaning out loud)"

    "Shut the fock up, Tew!"

Noei was stunned by my conversation and instead of being stunned as his boss. Those gang members made louder gossiping noise. I stared at them and saw some of them were shocked, yet many of them were whispering to each other. Until Noei turned his face to yell at them.

Actually, I wasn't planning to say that, but I just wanted him to stop arguing with me. The more he tried to win an argument, the more I wanted to shut him up. Now I believed it worked. He was completely muted. And should understand how I felt.

As a consequence, Noei stared at me angrily. I felt so extremely uncomfortable. I believed I just stepped on this tiger's tail. Would I be alive after leaving this cafe? Or would I end up in a hospital? I kind of heard the voice of a siren from an ambulance.

"How... How can you think that I like you?"

"How can you think I like you?"

    "Stop being so confident."

"You should stop being so confident too."

    "Hey!!!"

    "What?"

"How dare are you arguing with me? It's because I'm being nice to you. That doesn't mean you can do this to me."

"Are you sure that you are being nice to me?"

    "Hey..."

"Let me telling you something. You are the worst one who comes to ask me out for a date."

RIP to me... I'm doing a suicidal mission here. Bye to you all. Pray for me.

My tongue was slipped. I didn't mean to say that, but it was too late. I had already said it out loud. At that moment I was so scared. I only wanted to shut him up.

OMG! OMG! OMG! He looked like he wanted to kill me.

"Do you think I'm flirting to you?"

    "..."

    "Hey... I'm asking you."

    "I... mmm"

"You said I suck at asking you out for a date. Even though I haven't done anything. And you think I did? And I suck?"

    "Mmm... I'm not..."

    "You are... so... Gosh..."

    HELP ME!!! SOMEBODY!!!
