… and + ประธาน + กริยาช่วย + too

… and + so + กริยาช่วย + ประธาน

เป็นการเห็นคล้อยตามประโยคบอกเล่า เวลาแปลให้ดูประโยคหน้าเป็นหลัก

Example :    She can swim and I can too.

                                         and so can I.

                   My boyfriend likes to read and I do too.

                                                            and so do I.

                   You must obey the law and we must too.

                                                       and so must we.  **obey = เคารพ**

การใช้ neither, nor และ either

… and + neither + กริยาช่วย + ประธาน

… and + nor + กริยาช่วย + ประธาน

          … and + ประธาน + กริยาช่วย + not + either

                เป็นการคล้อยตามประโยคปฏิเสธ

                Example :    He mightn’t notice us and neither might she.

                                                               and nor might she.

                                                               and she mightn’t either.

                             She can’t drive and neither can I.

                                                    and nor can I.

                                                    and I can’t either.
